3. Use of Third-Party API (Gemini API)

This Service uses Google's "Gemini API" for advanced analysis of voice data and text.

本サービスは、音声データおよびテキストの高度な解析のためにGoogle社が提供する「Gemini API」を利用しています。

• Data collected from users is sent to the API solely for analysis purposes.

  ユーザーから取得したデータは、解析目的でのみ同APIに送信されます。

• Transmitted data is processed in accordance with Google's terms and is not used to train Google's foundation AI models.

  送信されたデータはGoogle社の規約に基づき処理され、Googleの基盤モデル（AI）のトレーニングには利用されません。

Users may delete their data at any time by navigating to Settings > Delete Account within the app.

ユーザーは、本アプリ内の「設定」>「アカウント削除」から、いつでも自身のデータを削除することができます。

Upon account deletion, all voice data, Personal Dictionary, and associated personal information stored on our servers will be promptly physically deleted or anonymized.

アカウント削除が実行された場合、サーバー上の音声データ、パーソナル辞書、および関連する個人情報は速やかに物理削除または匿名化されます。
